Installing the Playbook Simulator

1. Download the Playbook device simulator download page: Playbook Downloads

2. Configure a virtual machine for playbook simulator following RIM instruction at: configure virtual machine.

   Please note: If using real device to test, no needs to install the virtual machine.

Configuring the Playbook Simulator setting in DragonRAD designer

1. Open the DragonRAD Designer.

2. From the toolbar, select Options > Settings

3. Select the box marked Blackberry Playbook and configure all three options accordingly.
